Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved the hotel's great location, perfect for late arrivals from Gare du Nord station and surrounded by plenty of cool restaurants and bars within walking distance. My room, although not exactly like the promotional photos, was clean and tidy with a fantastic view. The service was top-notch, always accommodating and friendly, making my stay truly enjoyable.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had elegant finishes and soft bedding, offering a nice view but being a little noisy in the early morning. However, the basement location facing industrial washing machines led to a feeling of sickening claustrophobia. The service, especially from Carmen, was excellent, but some staff members were not as friendly. The location was convenient for sightseeing but not super central. The dining experience was simple but enjoyable, with limited options. Overall, the facilities were decent, despite some noise and claustrophobia concerns.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a nice atmosphere but were small with views of a little open room between other buildings. Unfortunately, being in the basement near industrial washing machines gave me a feeling of sickening claustrophobia. On the bright side, the service was agreeable, offering us an umbrella during the rain, although an incident where another cup was thrown at me was quite off-putting. The location was convenient for exploring Paris but noisy at night due to traffic, with imperfect curtains making the room hard to darken. The dining experience, while simple but good, featured a buffet from 7 to 10 am and was within a 5-minute reach. Facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was very convenient for exploring, but the noise from the street outside made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. The service was exceptional, although there were some minor issues with incorrect information provided. The dining options were decent but lacked variety in the breakfast selection. Overall, a good value for money stay in a nice neighborhood.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a very nice view of the square, but was a bit small for my group of four. The breakfast room was charming, offering delicious pastries and juice, but the cleanliness in the room could have been better.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not the quietest due to being adjacent to the lift shaft, and the view from the small window was unimpressive with scaffolding and pigeons. However, the service was top-notch with a very welcoming and accommodating staff. The location was convenient for exploring, especially coming from Gare du Nord, but the noise from traffic at night was bothersome. The dining experience offered a simple yet satisfying breakfast. Overall, a mixed experience with some notable highlights and drawbacks.
During our stay in France, the hotel's rooms were tiny, lacked air conditioning, and were very noisy. While the location was convenient and safe, the dining options were plain, and the breakfast buffet was limited. The staff were welcoming but seemed uninterested in complaints and displayed a lack of attention to detail. Overall, the hotel provided basic accommodation but fell short in comfort and style.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient, close to Gare du Nord station and within walking distance of various attractions. The rooms were smaller than expected but cozy. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was a minor mix-up with departure information for our flight. The dining experience was decent, with a simple breakfast provided. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is located between Saint Lazare/Opera, Grands Boulevards, and Gare du Nord, making it convenient to explore. The rooms, while clean and tidy, are on the darker side compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The service was top-notch, with a very nice and accommodating staff. The dining experience was a bit lackluster, not very exciting, and a tad noisy from the street outside. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a delightful experience at this hotel. The rooms, although smaller than expected, were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The cozy breakfast room offered a lovely selection of pastries and freshly squeezed juice. The service was friendly, though there was a minor hiccup with departure information. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of key attractions and surrounded by great dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a filling breakfast spread. Overall, a charming stay with a few minor issues to consider.
